TS. Hà hoàn thành chương trình Thạc sĩ tại Viện khoa học và công nghệ tiên tiến (KASIT) Hàn Quốc vào năm 2007 và anh đã bảo vệ luận án Tiến sĩ vào năm 2011 tại Trường Đại học Saskatchewan – Top 15 trường đại học nghiên cứu chuyên sâu hàng đầu Canada.
Trong suốt quá trình hoạt động khoa học của mình Anh đã dành được rất nhiều giải thưởng cũng như công nhận về thành tích xuất sắc của mình. Bên cạnh đó Anh còn được mời tham gia phản biện cho rất nhiều tờ báo, tạp chí và hội thảo quốc tế: IEEE-TCOM, IEEE-TWC, IEEE-TVT, IEEE-COMML, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, Wireless Personal Communications, ICC, GLOBECOM, WCNC, VTC, ICACT
Hiện nay anh vẫn đang quan tâm và tiếp tục nghiên cứu:
- Trí tuệ nhân tạo (Artificial Intelligence);
- Internet vạn vật (Internet of Things);
- Thị giác máy tính (Computer Vision) và
- Dữ liệu lớn (Big Data).
