PhD in Electrical Engineering (2012), University of Saskatchewan, Canada.
Dr. Ha completed his Master’s program at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KASIT) in 2007 and he defended his PhD thesis in 2011 at Saskatchewan University – Top 15 leading deep research universities in Canada.
During his scientific activities, he has won many awards and honours for his outstanding achievements. In addition, he was also invited to criticize many international journal and seminars: IEEE-TCOM, IEEE-TWC, IEEE-TVT, IEEE-COMML, IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, Wireless Personal Communications, ICC, GLOBECOM, WCNC, VTC, ICACT
Currently he is still interested and continues to study:
